Every year, the Program in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies partners with the English Graduate Organization to co-host the Feminist/Queer Dialogue Series, a biannual event that highlights groundbreaking research being conducted by WGSS faculty and affiliate faculty. For the spring installment of the Feminist/Queer Dialogue Series on April 10, 2024, Dr. M.A. Miller, Assistant Professor of Gender, Race, and Health in WGSS, gave a presentation titled, “‘F*ck Anyone Who’s Not a Sea Blob’: Trans Studies and the Intertidal Invertebrate,” which took its opening cue from the character Jules Vaughn (Hunter Shafer) in a 2021 Euphoria episode.
